• Usage of this API is exclusively permitted for the development of Minecraft plugins or modifications ("mods"). Any exceptions require prior written approval from us.
• Commercial distribution of plugins or mods that utilize our API is not permitted without prior consultation and explicit approval.
• API requests must be made only once during the initialization or reloading of the plugin or mod. Responses must be cached, and request frequency to Minecraft-Heads.com servers should be minimized wherever technically feasible.
• It is not permitted to embed API response data statically within the mod or plugin. Any exception to this policy must be formally approved in advance.
• If content from our API or website is used in your project, a prominently displayed credit, in the form of a banner linking to Minecraft-Heads.com, must appear on all associated web pages.

Such measures may be applied automatically or manually, at our discretion, to prevent abusive usage and ensure service integrity.

Rights violation

Breach of these terms will result in the removal of your Patronage, API access, account, server bans and possible legal action.

• If you use our content to build your map or server we would appreciate credits in the form of an image linked to Minecraft-Heads.com.
• If you use content from our website or our API to create your plugin or mod, it is mandatory that highly visible credits in the form of an image linked to Minecraft-Heads.com are visible on every page of your project on the web.
