Keep NBT data on placed heads

Keep the NBT data even if a head is placed and dismantled again.

With Minecraft 1.20.5, the title of a head is persistant, even if you place the block and dismantle it again.

If you would like even more NBT data to be consistent, you can easily achieve this via datapack now.

Download the datapack below, add it to your map or server and reload.

Right afterwards, the data will be persistant.
