Heads won't work

Hello,
Has anyone encountered this issue or know how to get past it? I add the give-code for any head into my command block but it doesn't work and gives this error within the command block:

Syntax error: Unexpected"minecraft:player_head<<{display:{"

I'm using Windows 10 edition 1.14.60 and choose the correct version of give code (or so i think?), but i've also tried them all and get the same results each time.

the heads work for Java only right now
