Firstly, the 172 heads I submitted and received a Hololive tag are all mascots. I've seen the "Mascot" tag on some of them, but actually all of them could have it.

Changes have been made. Here's the reasonings for the ones not made:

Jitochi - It's frowning which still counts as sad.
Robosa - Looks like there's an entire body to me. I don't see why it wouldn't be humanoid.
Ebiflion - Since it's a shrimp lion hybrid, it would keep the cat and safari tags.
Mio-fam A - Dogs and wolves are under the same tag.
Zain-kun A, Zain-kun B, Zain-kun C, and Zain-kun D - Fennecs are a fox so it keeps the fox tag.
Assistants A and Assistants B - Coyotes and dogs are under the same tag.
