I see the ads on the page, but it still thinks my add blocker is on.

I am having a lot of trouble with the pop-up window. I can see the adds on the page, but the pop-up message keeps telling me that it's blocked. It might be some router setting, but seeing as I am seeing the ads it is very frustrating. I can't access any of the page at all because of the pop up message.
