Perhaps add a private messaging system?

This probably isn't the best suggestion but, what if you added a section on the forums that lists all online users (including staff), and if you were to click on one of the users you could send them private messages, sort of like Skype. This may help sometimes for resolving things quickly.

I believe the feature would be allowed for Members only, otherwise staff would get alot of spam (yes it's night time and there are 578 fricking guests on the forum still so spam would be real if all of them wanted something from you.)

And of course there would be a option to disable private messaging.

Private messages will be realised in MCH v2.0

The chat you suggest is simply Discord and we already got it
