2) use the xenoform head as a reference to create the regenerator creature from RE4 normal version with red eyes and the second version without eyes with spikes on the skin and a deformed mouth as you can see in the images of the links that send

I was referring to the sample image you first posted of an existing Minecraft Skin.
If there is already a base skin you would like used for a request, people are more likely to take your request if the LINK to the SKIN FILE of the image is included in the request.
Example request of a person wanting an existing skin file used as a base in a request:
